This case of success is a work done for a client who got to know my work through alive. At first, he had bought land and built a house on it in Bragança Paulista Interior of São Paulo. Since his idea from the beginning was to sell the property.
However, once completed, the property was advertised in more than 30 real estate companies, and nobody wanted to purchase it for the amount required by the owner. Soon, this made it go without selling for six months.
Eventually, he got to know my work, but his wife was afraid to close initially and have no techniques.
